1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted with no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ordinolo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to our facility without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. RESTOCKING FEES

ORDINOLO does not charge any restocking fees. The restocking fee is £0 ($0).

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
